AFCA Member Number - 42161 BEWARE he is a scammer. Sam the scam Chara also has a new Financial Planning division that is run by HARRIS HADJIHARALAMBOUS and CHRIS STYLIANOU.

These two are rotten thriving scumbags as well. They were the people that ripped off my mother and father $100,000 I will be writing another story on HARRIS HADJIHARALAMBOUS and CHRIS STYLIANOU from CHC Planning Solutions Pty Ltd ASIC Authorised Representative Number – 467 177 Authorised Representative of Affinia Financial Advisers Limited (ABN 13 085 335 397) AFS License Number – 237 857 AFCA Member Number – 10948 And they are also involved with 3P Wealth Pty Ltd ASIC Authorised Representative Number – 240 015 AFS License Number – 487 318BBH AFCA Member Number – 38026.

I totally believe in property investment and purchased a property from them. Sam chara VSMA is the reason why the industry can have a bad name. Sam chara VSMA are selling appartments from developers and take massive commissions $30-60K. The property offen do not val up come settlement which then means the bank will not give you the money. My advise stay away from Sam chara VSMA.

Just slick sales man like Sam Chara scam. people on large commissions purchased an off-the-plan dream investment property from these cold-calling property property spruikers scamming VSMA Melbourne and Sam Chara scam. I lost more than one-third of the value of the property despite several years of booming residential property markets. Im a mother of three and was conned by Sam chara VSMA for a free trip to Queensland to invest all my super with my wife. Sam chara VSMA was the man that scammed me he came to my home did a big sell on me about tax breaks, smsf and future growth of my Qld unit. But eight years after investing $415,000 the property was sold for $295,000 – a loss of $120,000!! Sam Chara is a scammer.

I have bad feelings towards the big CEO Sam Chara scammer VSMA, Vision Management Australia Melbourne. Sam Chara scammed me and my family. I was cold called and told about tax dedications.

Sam Chara VSMA made it sound really really good at the time and I had Sam chara VSMA come to see me at my house. I paid a fee to Sam chara VSMA that he said I would get back if I showed up at the office the next week. I showed up the next week and met the big CEO man again Sam chara VSMA. He now said he was the biggest CEO boss, Sam chara VSMA showed me how I could retire on a really good money. I fell for this trick and signed up to but a house and land package for $585,000 in the outskirts of Melbourne. I later found out the property was being offered feom the builder for $525,000. I know Sam Chara scammed me and I need to take action. I call and he doesn’t answe. He stole money feom me. Sam is a scam. I have complained to fair trading and then found out Sam the scam are not licensed to hive financial planning advice or a mortgages license or a real estate licenses and he also wanted to set up a self managed superannuation fund for me. I’m telling you don’t deal with Sam the scam Chara and his VSMA team that keeps changing names. Sam is a scam
