Purchased car from Vroom - online car company. They provided documents which were to be returned within 24 hrs signed or else the deal would be void. Their contract stated that it needed to be notarized so I called to confirm and they told me IGNORE the statement in the contract and that they would have the contract notarized on my behalf, which defeats the purpose of notarization.

They failed to register my plates at my new state, causing my plates to expire and me being unable to drive my new care for at least a month. They sent me a check which I thought was supposed to be for the monthly payment and insurance plus title and registration service fees I paid to have my car registered, and asked for the documentation so I can register at my DMV myself.

It turns out the check was for sales tax (which I was not aware I needed to pay the DMV and thought it was already paid as part of the process). Numerous complaints and calls to them and their customer service always hangs up. I am now out my payment for over a full month that I wasn't able to drive my car, associated insurance fees, and all the fees and service charges they charged me in order to do the title and registration on my behalf, which they obviously did not do.

Even my account on their website isn't properly managed - and still says purchase pending; clearly no appropriate tracking or management of my account and purchase. All of this is illegal and this company needs to be stopped.
