Victory Solar Solutions Marco Ivan Moreno Total fraud. Goes around offering monies to people to change over to his fake business. Secures a loan under false pretenses with the consumer and subcontracts the project out. Harlingen TX
This company promotes and teaches its sales people to go to the local municipalities and poach permits obtained by legitimate businesses. He then goes to the homeowner and attempts to convince them to change their installers by making false claims and offering them a cash payoff to switch to his fake company. They don’t even have a website.
When you search for them the only thing that comes up is a forwarding link to Facebook. Has scammer written all over it. There are 1.4 million consumers in the Rio Grande Valley. Go find your own customers and stop lying to consumers.
