Victory auto of Fridley, MN, sold us a used car, 2007 Suberu. Said it had a new used engine just installed, ran well, won't need anything for some time. Within 100 miles of driving needed 3,500+ in oil leak repairs.
Warped head gasket was easily seen by the next mechanic. Vistory is an auto mechanic shop. The only words we heard after the compliant was, "As Is." (as you would expect. Buyer beware

I am the moron. I can't spell or talk too good. Subaru should have been spelled better, and Victory Auto. The "new used" part, I guess I was being lazy. They put in a new engine, but it was a rebuilt used one. Does that make sense?
Maybe I'm no longer Oxy, but I know that I am a moron, 500 miles up river from the land of my birth, now in the land of the swells and Swedes; Was born under the shadow of the arch, the trouble was that it was of the setting sun, not rising. LOL. It funny, the scumbags look the same in both. I found one here.

"Said it had a new used engine just installed"
There is no such thing as "new used." That should have been your first clue. You agreed to the as-is terms at the time of purchase.
