Vader, its brokers, funders and servicers seek to entice you into merchant cash advance loans. They promoted the product as a way to establish credit history for my business and stated that the large fees would be forgiven at the halfway mark if the payments were all made on time and the loan was renewed.
After receiving $9,500 proceeds from a $10,000 loan and making about $6,000 of payments, I called to check on the balance and learned that the balance was still about $9,500, and there was no reporting to any business credit reporting institutions. If you call Vader, they say they read a script and blame it on their brokers.
If you call the servicers, they blame it on Vader. There is massive misrepresentation, no accountability and potential damage to your personal credit.
