Complaint Review: USDA -

Ashley hawthorne knows how to influence people. We didn't do anything to ashley and chaz for them to treat us, the way they did.  But they chose to be evil the heck with them. We always tried to be good neighbors. But this is how we always end up being treated with a knife in our back.

Ashley and chaz hawthorne claimed to be the victims of my mother. By the district attorney office  Who they cursed at screamed at & ashley hawthorne is the one who got in my mother's face I was a witness. They were acting like completely psychopaths all because my mother bought me a new sink for my bathroom. Chaz hawthorne had such hate toward my mom for buying a new sink. Now people know why I hate them so much.

They don't want my mom to have anything.  So they conspired with the phenix city police to ruin my mother. So she wouldn't be able to get a new car anymore. The police wanted to be in cahoots along with the District Attorney to file harassment charges against my mother. The clerk of the court made sure to tell my mother, that she is married to a phenix city police officer.

My mom was the only 1 person against all these cops and these married people. They all were cruel to my mother. I will never FORGIVE them for what they did to us! Saying their the victim after ashley hawthorne told my mother to take her mentally retarded son back in her home. She had no authority over us whatsoever. They got all our neighbors against us.

  But they can be! Nobody is forcing us out of our home.

 The Phenix city police still let Ashley Hawthorne, file harassment charges against my mother. Even if though her and chaz where the ones calling my mother the B word to the top of their lungs. Then she called me a hate slur by telling my mom. Why don’t she take her mentally retarded son back in her home. It’s scary that because you expose the Phenix city police, for treating you unfairly and unjustly. You can be put in jail and over a lie. They even laughed at my mother.

The police and the Hawthorne along with their friend’s. Who were going to lie and commit a felon by lying under oath.Who even testified in court that my mother didn’t start it. All chaz did was whine saying my mother did this and did that to him. But it was them who was doing it to me and my mother falsely accusing us. They bore false witness against their neighbor. They are corrupt to the core. To let them file harassment charges, on my mother even though Ashley Hawthorne told her why don’t she take her mentally retarded son back in her him.

Yet she is going around telling everyone, my mother is harassing her. Getting them to hate me and my mom. This is slandering us. But people on this site regardless of what they said to us. Is telling us we started it. But over looking the hate slur and insult and cruel thing Ashley hawthorne said to me. About why don’t my mom take her mentally regarded son back in her home. The police charged my mom with harassment. But this was Ashley hawthorne goal to get the police against us. So they could harass us even more in the future.

Which she has done and has caused me To get assaulted by their next door neighbor on 05/28/2018. But they followed us and had their skin blocking us from passing them. Which was holding us hostage which is a felony. But the police refused to press charges on them. Even though I have it on video the assault.

It was ashley and chaz hawthorne who were cruel to my mother. Screaming at her at calling her the B word to the top of their lungs. They were acting like crazed psychos who got let out of the mental hospital. But I called ashley hawthorne the B word back, the phenix city police didn't like that. Ashley and chaz whined to the police chief. What gall after they were the ones who called my mom the B word. 

 Then ashley hawthorne told my mother why don't she take her mentally retarded son, referring to me back in her home. The police just over looked that and still proceeded to let ashley hawthorne file harassment charges against my mother.

This was back 05/12/2012. But I have never been able to get over this evil dirty thing they did against me and my mother. Ken davis is the one who should be indicted and put in jail. But the Alabama attorney general always goes after people who actually do their job.

 Ashley hawthorne put a lot of stress on my family & my elder grandma. Who is now deceased from all the stress that ashley hawthorne put all of us through. Ashley hawthorne wants so bad to see someone suffer for no reason!

  But I and my mother are still surviving no matter what evil people have done against us! Ashley and chaz tried to have my freedom of speech taken from me through the phenix city district attorney office. While people on this site cyber bullied me saying what they please to me.

  Ashley and chaz were letting their friends have car loans but didn't want my mother to have anything. My mother bought a new sink for my bathroom once ashley and chaz like to have a fit giving us evil dirty looks. So they came up with a plan to falsely accuse my mother so she wouldn't be able to get a job to buy things anymore.

Ashley hawthorne has no right to meddle in our lives, the way she did. Because she didn't like that we were moving on with our lives with them not being nice neighbors to us. It seemed to have driven her over the edge with insanity that, we didn't care if they didn't speak to us or not.
