I was a member in good standing for over two years. I last cashed out for $25 in November, so the site wasn't exactly making me rich. I would be disqualified for probably 99% of surveys - not unusual for any survey site.  always took my time and provided honest, complete and thoughtful answers for each survey I attempted.

Two weeks ago, with no notice, I could no longer sign in to my account. I was told - a week later - that my account had been closed and I was banned for "highly suspicious" survey actvity and for providing "very bad" answers. I have received nothing but non-responsive form emails when I contact them and automated useless voice mail menus when I called their toll-free number.

I am still allowed to be on their members' forum for some unknown reason, and it was then that I discovered that I was far from alone in having had this happen and that the majority of those affected seem to be from Canada. This can't be a coincidence. I suspect the fact that I had cobbled together over $64 in earnings has more to do with my being banned from the site than anything I may have done. Others too who have had their accounts closed have a little bit of money accumulated.

There are many other reliable and trustworthy survey sites out there. Stay away from this one and if you are currently allowed to be on there - particularly if you're Canadian - cash out now while you still can.
