These are all the Alerts I tracked (11 mo.)

For $5000 I got daily Options Alerts which didn't work, as I lost $10,000 in my demo account over the year. When I requested a refund based on their guarantee, they denied it, saying I didn't lose real money, even though the guarantee says nothing about that. Also, their 8 training sessions was all information that could be obtained for free on the internet.

Their guarantee states that if there is no profit shown after 12 months, they will refund the entry fee (5k). However, they said nothing about requiring the loss to be in a live account, and the guarantee does not have that information. I worked for an entire year trying to make their “Alerts” work, and was unsuccessful. I asked them 3 times to tell me how to filter the bad alerts, and they only gave me 2 valid criteria that didn’t work. The rest of the information was how to mitigate loss, which I wasn’t asking about, and is irrelevant to filtering the alerts.

They sold me on the alerts by way of a performance report which is posted on their web site. Whenever I asked if the data was cherry picked, they told me it was all of the data. But when they sent the alerts, they sent a total of about 450 alerts, in which 70% of them were no good, whereas their performance reports showed about 160 trades with a 65% win rate. I didn’t see that there was something wrong with the picture until I already bought into it. When I asked them who was trading it, or how they obtained a 65% win rate, they refused to tell me.

They also tried the “bait and switch” strategy on me, as I got a clear attitude from the trainer that the alerts were close to worthless. He tried to sell me on other trading strategies.

Don't waste your time or money on UIS. In my opinion, their guarantee is designed to make you a loser, and is not worth the paper it’s written on. I learned a few things about options and trading during this process, but it was 95% my own investigation and learning, and almost nothing usable from them, and certainly not worth $5k. The key thing I learned is that UIS is a waste of time and money. In my opinion, their teaching is very inadequate, the methods they teach are traditional and only work in a bull market, and their alerts are worthless since you have to come up with some way to filter out the garbage. And if their methods only work in a bull market, then who needs UIS, since almost anything works in a bull market.
