The website is very confusing to use and I mistakenly ordered 5 units when I only wanted 1 unit. They refused to adjust my order even though I called 10 minutes after I made the order. I was told I can return the unwanted portion of my order.
The 5 units came from Upstate NY. I decided to keep 2 units and return the other 3. They sent me instructions on how to return the unwanted units. The return address is in Lithuania! It would cost more to send the unwanted units there than the refund I would get.
After 4 phone calls, I am still waiting for a call back from a supervisor.

6/02/2022 0100: Sent them another request through trust pilot and a website message. They sent me, yet another email saying another ticket was created. Either pay for the shipping to Lithuania or just refund my money.
You don’t need to create another ticket. Still no call back from a supervisor. Update 6-5-2022: They refunded me for the 4 units I did not wish to order, minus a small restocking fee. They told me to keep the extra units I did not want to order. They did the right thing here. I must give them credit!
