Trinity Miniel Failure to pay rent for 9 months Brooklyn New York
Back in 2011 Trinity Miniel rented an apartment from me. At one point she stopped paying rent, and by the time I managed to evict her she owed 9 months of rent + interest, and I incurred $1600 in legal fees in the process.
