Tresta, Inc These guys take money without providing the service Tallahassee Florida
In February, March, and in April of 2020 we received a notification via email that we owed this company money. Testa claims an account for a phone number service was set up thru their company.
After reviewing their website, we discover there was a 30 day free trial that apparently we didnt cancel before the 30 days.
We do not remember setting up this account. We contacted Tresta, and let them know we never used the service ....ever, once, and did not recall setting up this account.....We informed them that the account may have been set up by a web developer we had broke ties with in early February.....!!!.... But we arent exactly sure.
In April when we received the bill again. We contacted them again.... and we let them know again....we never used the service ever once....yet they will not remove the debt they claim we owe!!!!
The same day in April, we also received an invoice for a whole other named person.... John Ramos, totally not us....with a whole seperate account number..... totally not us....What the heck????
Its a fraud and a scam so they can get 26.00 out of unsuspecting people. They do not release their claim to the 26.00!!! They will not let it go!!! Be leary of this company. Tresta is dishonestly reaping millions from unsuspecting folks, 26.00 at a time!!!
