here's proof that he stole the money

This law firm engaged in fraud, and deceitful practices in my personal injury case. They are also dishonest, and deceptive in their practices. I just filed grievances against Tom Crosley, Steven Nunez, and Brennan Jenkins. I also had to report them to the authorities for stealing & misappropriating funds from a settlement. Lastly, this firm can't be trusted. They withdrew from my case one month before trial because the lawyer wanted to go to Japan for personal reasons. The most dishonorable group of attorneys that I've ever met hands down.

The case has now been settled, & get this, Tom Crosley is trying to bill me for expert witnesses even though he never Nunez did any depositions, & I'm not going to trial. This attorney violated my constitutional rights by bullying or coercing me into accepting a low settlement or withdrawing. This guy, Crosley, & Nunez are total scammers. I will be uploading documents for proof very soon. Find a law firm that posts reviews from actual clients, not former employees like this scammer, Crooked Crosley. This law firm stole $37K from my family. Crosley also scammed me out of an additional $10K by sending a doctor to my home for 15 minutes. Dr. Brandon Goff was also part of this scam, he was supposed to write me a life plan that I never received, & was never able to use because the lawyer Crosley was in on the scam & withdrew. They never planned on taking my case to trial. It was a total waste of time dealing with this law firm.

You are upset that the attorney charged you $8 to pull an official report? How do they know that the copy you provided is accurate and wasn't doctored by you? Especially given your behavior? No lawyer is going to risk their license over something like that. Not to mention, it looks like a loser of a case and I can see why you didn't get anything from insurance. You basically caused the crash by slamming your brakes for no reason. The police report says you had no injuries. Now you are trying to make up some story and get a crooked doctor to testify about injuries you don't have. Guess what: doctors and lawyers charge pretty hefty fees to lie on your behalf. The $10k isn't for an exam (they know you don't have anything), it's for being willing to provide bogus testimony on your behalf. Not to mention, this is the most common setup for an insurance scam. Stop whining and pay up.

Here are the facts: This law firm withdrew on 2/6/24, waived contigency fees then filed a lein for those same fees, 2 months later. This is the first scam.

Second scam:

I requested my expenses from this attorney after he threatened withdrawal the first time. He waited 3 months, then sent me a PDF made up out of thin air, with no receipts, or proof of how the expenses were created.

Third scam:

He sent a doctor to my home for 15 minutes & charged me $11K. This was for a "life care" plan, that I never received. Dr. Swiger supposedly analyzed 2 separate life care plans, charged me $3200, & I never saw his reports either.

Fourth Scam

This lawyer signed a contract to represent me on 9/11/2024. He took over my case knowing this was a 5-year-old case headed to trial. My previous attorney hired the defense attorneys to arbitrate the mediation, which is against the rules of professional conduct so I fired them. I'm sorry I can't work with crooked attorneys on an important case. Only an honest attorney can help you in a situation like the one I was in for six years. Shortly after I seigned the contract, this attorney scheduled a personal trip to Japan, during the same week as my courtdate. Ask Scott Bage at

(210) 732-5258  [email protected]

He will verify this information, because Tom Crosley is a liar & will try to deny it.

I also have 2 additional witnesses who heard this clown admit this during a mediation.

Tom Crosley, Steven Nunez are crooked, fraudsters, & scamming attorneys that lie, cheat, & steal from their clients. I'm a victim of their unscupulous business practices.

This Review Is False

This review is false. This person has lodged complaints against his former attorneys at Law Office of Thomas J. Henry, and against the defense attorneys in his case, the mediator, the insurance adjuster, etc. Our firm has received no money or payment of any kind from this client or his case, which is proof in the Attorney's Lien that was shared with this person's review. Our law firm's Motion To Withdraw, and our Attorney's Lien, was signed into order by the presiding Honorable Judge.

At Crosley Law, our aim is to follow the highest professional and ethical standards in the practice of law, and to treat every client with dignity and respect.

No lawyer working on contingency is going to take a case to trial unless they have no other choice. Trials are time consuming and risky. Insurance companies are not stupid and will pay the amount they think the case is worth. For a lawyer to break even on taking the case to trial, the extra money they would obtain would have to be twice their cost to litigate the case just to break even. If they think you might win $250k in trial, but it would cost $50k in attorney time to litigate it, they will take $100k because they would make virtually the same amount of money with 95% less work and no associated risk. If you want a lawyer to take your case to trial, you will have to pay them cash and assume the risk associated with your chosen legal strategy. Most of the time that makes no sense for smaller claims.
