Manager A. Bernal-Herrera authorized a $300.00 loan, in addition to the $800.00 dollar loan I had on August 24th. I paid the $74.91 dollar fee for the additional cash, and was told to pay $179.04 each 8th day of the month. On Oct 9th, I called and said I would pay on Oct 11th, they said okay.
I was then charged $64.00 MORE, not the 3 days of $5.42 late fee per day! WHY?

That the late fee should be only $5.42 a day??? You can pay higher late fees for a regular bank loan. You got slammed because you agreed to pay on the 8th and instead of following your agreement, you called a day late to let the creditor know you'd be two MORE days late.
You are ridiculous. Enjoy living on the edge or get your act together.

Title loans charge more interest than any bank or even loan shark does. You will never get the balance down unless you pay over the loan amount every two weeks or you will lose you car. I know because I learned the hard way many years ago.
STOP getting loans like this and start rebuilding your credit so you do not have to stoop to this level of excessive highway robbery.
