I Signed a contract with Titan Seasonal Services Snow removal on Jan 3 2019 for service for Dec 1, 2019, to Mar 31, 2021 for $175 as part of a special offer. When I realised that they are not doing the current service.
Well I called and emailed them to cancel the future service (see email below) They responded back with "Ok" on Feb 26, 2019. after that i have not heard or received anything back from them even after multiple attempts to contact them and visit the specified address which is just a mailbox.
That is why i am writing this complaint to get back my $175.
