I called everyone in this state and no help. What kind of world we live in is up to the people for the people. There needs to be a stand on this.

I declare that the state of N.C. has been against me. Not only did I get in two car wrecks within three weeks AND BOTH IN THERE EIGHTIES and ran red lights; one of the defendents was the farther of the sheiff of Catawba County. Its been a long road Im just getting dusted off. You dont know the pain; and for so long; yet still to the day of 11-12-2020. Theres alot to all of this and hope it never happens to another. They took my grandsons; tricking my wife to testify against her daughter by telling wife she would get grandsons in three days. Will; wife is dead of a possible O.D. Thats on her death certificate.

Regardless of circumstances, outright abandoning your client is legal malpractice and an ethics complaint should be directed to the state bar association. In some states, it may actually be a criminal act.
If you wish to discontinue your representation of a client, you may resign. There is a procedure for that - you cannot simply walk out the door, however.

...you need to shut your mouth. If you are on a whole bunch of drugs, then let your attorney do his job and stop complaining. Nobody cares about your pain. Just stop. And no, there would be no statute of limitations if you have already started the ball rolling on your case.
