Tax Hive False Advertising - Did not stand behind their guarantee Orem Utah
Don't event think about wasting your time and money with this company. They talk a good story and delivered nothing but canned tax schemes that are a red flag for the IRS to audit you. They claim to have tax professionals and CPAs on staff, the person we talked to do our review wasn't prepaired and did not know anything about our case until she got on the call even though we sent dozens of pages of information that they requested. She kept making excuses that somebody messed up her slides. In the end the "tax savings" schemes were worthless, all they provided was suggestions like investing in oil wells to write off the depreciation, and investing in commodities and then donating them to charity to take the write off. That is not the kind of tax help I was looking for. Then when I contacted them per their very specific refund policy which included sending them a registered letter all I got was excuses and no solution. They don't guarantee anything except that they are going to steal your money. What a rip off!
