Product not as described. Says pet proof. It is not.
Says 100% commitment to customer. It is not.
Says company is easily accessible. It is not. Hasn't answer any of my 3 times a month emails since the defect. I estimate I wrote over 18 emails. None answered. No company address.
60 day month back guarantee. No answer to email sent 1 month and 2 day from receipt of product.
Says "If you have any issues, simply contact us and we'll make it right." They do not make it right. I just wanted a new hose or my money back.
I paid $35.99 for their 50' stainless steel hose.
