Sylvan Learning Sylvan Learning of Edna, Minnesota Sylvan Learning of Saint Paul, Minnesota Sylvan Learning of Roseville, Minnesota School guaranteed that they could help our child with her learning disabilities, and move your up 2 to 3 grade levels. They charged us, intotal over $10,000.00, for absolutly "NO" results.! Edina Minnesota

Sylvan Learning Center of Edina Minnesota screened our child, and promised that they could help her move up 2 to 3 grade levels for a total of $10,000.00 over the course of 2 years total. We were very hopeful, and gladly went into debt to help our child. However, Sylvan Learning Center faked test results that meant nothing as far as our child's progress.
Sylvan Learning Center told us lies about our daughter's progress, and has refused to return our money. They even went as far as putting $4,000.00 into collections because we refused to pay the rest; there was no value in continuing at Sylvan Learning Center for our child. We filed a report with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office because, so far, Sylvan Learning Center‘s Director's are not returning our calls.
Sylvan Learning Center offered us extended classroom time, we tried that, with the same results; high teacher turn-over, and unqualified tutors that did not help our child at all. When we asked for a refund; they changed the narrative to, "Lets switch to a different Sylvan Location", it did not work, within a month, they had high teacher turn-overs, and the teachers who were assigned, were unqualified to teach any child.
It was a mistake going to Sylvan Learning Center for help. Do not entrust your money to this company, they will rip you off!
