Had free membership for 3mnts. Decided on a paid membership. After paying and being on the paid membership 8 days I was put offline due to violation. The violation they claim, which has been ongoing for the past 3mtns 8days is false, however I tried to work with what they recommend I do yet they refuse to cooperate, although they were their terms not mine.
I will be filling a formal complaint to the FTC.
