Survay company for doctors offices HEALTHTDY STARTHEALTH after doing a survey for a doctors office they offer you a thankyou gift gor postage and handling NONE LISTED
After doing two surveys that looked legit for doctors (I did see) they offer a free thank you gift for $4.99 postage and handling. Top it off with a second item for $5.99 postage and handling. I received two seperate shipments in the mail of CBD oil, and two credit card billings. One for 4.99 and 5.99.
Two weeks later my credit card was charged $93.44 and $95.99. 3 weeks later charged again. Any phone number, address, email I can come up with leads nowhere. Tracked down the return address on the shipping label and it is a UPS store.
Just recieved a 3rd set of billings. Trying to get help from the credit card compamy now
