StylCosmetics I order from their company and didn't receive my products or a refund

I ordered cosmetics from this company on April 29th 2019, I paid $42.46 for same. On May 7th 2019 I received an email that my order had shipped.
I was given an order number and a tracking link (same has not worked since). On May 22nd 2019, I contacted the company via email and on all social media platforms. My emails have remained unanswered and I was promptly blocked on all social media platforms.
I have not been refunded the amount I paid or received any products. After doing thorough research I have learned that multiple other individuals have been scammed the same.
