On 2/19/2022, I had a sale canceled for Plaza Suite tickets (order #270773535) because I had apparently clicked on the wrong time when I uploaded the tickets (they were for a March 19th show at 8pm, but I accidentally l listed the tickets for the 2pm show on the same day). I have a neurological issue that makes fine motor activities difficult at times, so it's hard for me to accurately click small links.

I'm assuming that's what happened here. It was an honest mistake. When the tickets sold very soon after I listed them, someone called me from Stubhub within 5 minutes of the sale, letting me know I had uploaded the tickets incorrectly. I apologized and he said it was no problem, he would get the buyer new tickets. The show was still a full month away.

Now I'm seeing a charge for $950 on my credit card statement for this honest mistake, which means StubHub is profiting TWICE from this one buyer. To the tune of nearly $2000. This is unacceptable customer service. I made a good faith attempt to sell my tickets correctly, and a good faith attempt to help StubHub resolve the issue, which it has done. And yet still StubHub intends to steal nearly $1000 from me, despite having profited from the buyer's new sale, and despite having claimed that everything was ok.

I am a long-time, reliable StubHub customer, having bought and sold MANY times. This is theft, pure and simple. This "policy" is harsh and arbitrary, and allows StubHub to get paid double for many sales!
