Stephane, Bisson and Catherine Labelle are try to scam my 93-year-old mother. They did have the contract to sell her property and the agreement was for 3% then they tried to sneak in documents at 4% and were then abruptly fired and rightfully so that’s not even the worst part When my mother sold the property about 10 months later, they came back in demanded from the notary that they get paid which they were not entitled to, and had no right to demand what nerve these are bottom feeders the worst of the worst scumbags stay away from these people Now my 93 year-old mother just got a lawyers letter that they’re demanding $50,000 from her in fees which they’re not entitled to. SCAMERS!!

Your mother would have agreed to a contract to employ this brokerage. What did this contract say about Termination of said contract?
