For over six months we lose our internet service every night for at least 30 min to an hour. We constantly reach out to Starlink via email as they do not list any phone numbers nor will they supply one. All we get is we’re sorry for the inconvenience and try these steps. We’ve tried everything and keep losing service. We’re fed up with the non-existent customer service which is as bad as their internet service. All we’ve asked for is help to get the issue resolved and nothing. We paid $500 for a dish and $150 a month for service that doesn’t work. We’d like our money back for the satellite dish and move on. What a horrible company and experience.
