DO NOT USE SPECTRUM FOR YOUR CELL SERVICE!!  IT MAY BE A FEW BUCKS CHEAPER BUT NOT WORTH IT.  We ordered 2 cell phones over the phone, received our phones in the mail, took our phones to the local Spectrum Store @ 16434 Beach Blvd., Westminster, CA to get phones activated. A couple of weeks later, we receive a package that I signed for, no label saying it is from Spectrum and address to my husband so I took it to him in his office.

I have been going thru breast cancer and he has been working from home while taking care of me, my dad is sick in nursing home, my brother had a major stroke and is in a nursing home, so we have been very overwhelmed and the box was not opened immediately because we didn't order anything, then we received our first Spectrum bill .

It was abnormally high so when we called they said that we were sent another phone in the mail so we opened the box and sure enough there was another cell phone so I immediately took it to the Spectrum store to return the unopened box and to my dismay they told me it was too late to return, we received it in January.....

so I explained that we never ordered a 3rd phone, obviously, the phone was never opened....... I asked to speak to a manager so had to come back the NEXT day, which I did, and he was very rude and said it is out of his hands because the transaction was done online and the Spectrum employees that take orders do this to meet their quotas for commissions, etc.......

We have been trying to speak to a Manager and keep being told a manager will call us but still no phone call from managers so I am having to resort to filing complaints online which will include a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission.  **Also, we switched from T-Mobile (big mistake), so I had an IphoneX they said they would give us a $240 credit for, but it had a cracked screen, so I paid my $100 deductible to get a new phone so we could do the trade in, but when we tried to do the trade in Spectrum would not honor, so I had to sell at an online site for $180 instead! 

Also, when I was waiting to speak to a manager at the store, there was a gentleman sitting next to me on his cell phone speaking to customer service and he was complaining about almost the identical problems we were having!!!  Spectrum Mobile is the WORST!!!!!!
