The staff literally drop your headphones you reserve while you're reaching for it so you can pick it up. And then follow you out of the library when you leave it on the desk like a freaking Ebenezer Scrooge.
They missed the part where can seriously take their worthless crap and shove it ten ways to Sunday. You would have thought they had learned that in their training. Well, here I am to give you that lesson.
