When I caught this problem I contacted my card company and they suggested I call the vendor nd resolve the problem. It took a while as there was no phone number on my card statement for the vendor. I took a guess and found the company on line and with it a toll free number. I called the number and got Customer Service rep who was very cooperative and said that I had been charged 2 times and she would issue credit for $114.00. They were very plesant and I had no problem getting a commitment for the credit.
