Smith's ACE Hardware Chatham New Jersey Craftsman Snow Blower Chatham New Jersey
I purchased a Craftsman snow blower for $750 in January 2018, I had trouble with it since. I complained to ACE and to Crafstman, no help was offered. ACE blaims Craftsman, Craftsman offer to check the device, and list authorized repair facilities 100 miles away.
Craftsman states that transportation of the warranted items is not with in the terms of warranty. Calling the authorized repair facilities was discouraging, as they charge out of line transport costs and they make their own policies.
I had a Craftsman blower that lasted me 28 years. This blower is a lemon. Craftsman warranty is certainly useless. Make sure you investigate this prior to buring Craftsman product.
