Shaun Phillips CEO of Algo Holding Inc and COO of Travel Q's from  Orange County California is an unlicensed FX Algo trader who committed accrued serious loss of investor funds misrepresentation of facts.

He lost 140,000 USD of investor funds in 2 days.   He promised investors to have a 3% daily stop loss but lost 65% in 2 days breaching agreements and then ran away without returning any investor funds.

He is a very dangerous and careless person that lies to get your money for him to trade.  Stay far away from him or anyone associated with him that approaches you with an investment opportunity as you could lose everything.   His website has also been taken down after all the facts were exposed on this site where we documented all the evidence.

Below is a summary of what happened all based on facts and can all be proven in a court of law via evidence

Not a licensed trader anywhere in the United State as of February 2020. (confirmed)

Promises 3% daily stop loss to get your investment, his client lost 58% in a day clear breach and misconduct (see P&L & evidence)

Gives clients a contract without terms of service, vague clauses trying to protect him not mentioning trading at all (ask us for agreement) as according to multiple lawyers its an illegal agreement

Charges 20% commission monthly commission and $1000 USD monthly fee (see invoices below, clearly says trade management)

Gives clients a live dashboard to view investments but takes down the link when trades go bad so clients cant see his loss (see evidence on site)

When he loses clients money he refuses to take responsibility and blames on his bots not himself he will disappear (see evidence on site)

Will connect his algorithm to your FX account and say it's safe as his bots are a well-oiled machine, they are clearly not. (see evidence on site)

His website says he has 290K FX traders, 100 Employees, 22% returns, 68% returns misrepresenting facts and fraud (see his website) (his website taken down).

Calls him Chief Executive Trader on his linked in profile but says he is not responsible for trades. How can this be? (see LinkedIn)

Will not ask for an investor financial profile, he will take your money and trade it without due diligence on clients (never asked us)

The belief is he has no employees and works full time for a travel company called Travel Q's, his website is misrepresenting facts

THE SHAUN PHILLIPS SALES PITCH

  • Shows you graphs of how great he has done in the past to make you feel excited.

  • Shaun Philips promises that he has an embedded daily stop loss of %1 to 5% and you can choose your risk level.  High, Medium, Low.

  • The minimum investment he prefers to accept is $50,000 but will lose all.

  • He promises double-digit returns a month.

  • He promises to give you a live dashboard to view your trades daily. He does give you this but takes it down when things go bad and call it a tech problem

  • He says he sells his trading software to New York hedge funds (must be good right?)

Below are invoices proving that he charges fees as an unlicensed trader that manages accounts

Proof that he lies about the size of his company (screenshot from the website now taken down by Shaun Phillips)

If you have been scammed or lost money in a similar situation, speak up so people like Shaun can never touch investor funds again.

Falsified Statement - Slander

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sun, August 23, 2020

This client signed an agreement indicating full understanding of the technology service they were signing up for.  There was never a claim of being a broker as the client maintained full control over their money at all times and could have withdrawn at any point. Due to being upset and having no legal recourse, as the agreement was clear, the client has decided to make slanderous comments.

We offered more than one attempt at rectifying this matter directly and the client only threatened unsubstaniated actions.  We're sorry this was not an ideal circumstance.  We have done nothing to decieve or misrepresent our company in any way.
