Set Schedule Big Scam - don't sign with them! I experienced it don't waste your money Irvine California
I decided to try them out with the gold package which 6 appointments for 1 year within 10 miles of my office. First of all, when they say they have an appointment for you, it's only available for 15 minutes so if you are with a client and were not able to check your phone every 15 min you "lose the opportunity". The 2 times I was near my phone and the appointment offered was within 10 miles and I accepted, the people had no idea there was an appointment set up, had no intention to sell their house and had no idea why I was there! Total waste of my time. A year passed and now I want my money back as they promised it to me if I don't get valid appointments. Not only they don't want to give me my money back but they charged my card for automatic renewal! so they are charging my card again when they didn't even provide the service promised in the first year. Not sure how to proceed from here so if you had the same experience, we should do something so other agents don't get ripped off too. It'll be a waste of their time and money.
