Scrubway Cleaning Powered Cleaning Brush failed on second use!
I purchased a powered cleaning brush from Scrubway Cleaning in May 2021. The first time I used the brush it worked with no issues. The second time I used the brush, after charging the system, it was completely inoperable. The product's electrical system and battery were either defective or of very poor quality. I contacted customer support and they instructed me to try charging the unit with the battery handle disconnected.
Even though the charger went from red to green when reconnected the system still would not function. Customer support then tried to sell me a replacement part! I told them they should replace the unit because it failed the second time it was used. Rajan in customer service said he was very sorry but that they only warranty the product for 30 days, no refunds, no exchanges. Buyers beware. This company does not stand behind its products and I feel completely scammed losing the full value of my approx $90 purchase.

I am happy to report that Scrubway has done the right thing (after reading my complaint on the Ripoff Report)sending me a replacement device. Thank you Ripoff Report and thank you Scrubway.
