1st amendment right to inform the general public of opperations that are not all up to speed , clients have been misled , there lending is more like guessing , they have un licensed agents on the floor taking peoples personal information , there is no structure , buyer beware.
It's a choice to have your tax returns , bank statements , credit reports and other information is a very safeplace. This information is personal and needs to be protected. In this case there is no options but to review and make a good decision for your assets.

My name is Sam Jordan I just came accross this report that was posted on your website that will affect our business. The information that was provided is simply not true.
Whoever posted this claims that the people mentioned are "fake" thus this must be a fake report.
We are a wholesale lender 99% of the time we deal only on a wholesale level. Everyone in the company holds an NMLS License and nobody conducts business under any name without a license.
After I spoke to your manager from your company, he informed me to complete this rebuttal and send it over to him.

This company is under investagation for taking peoples personal information. Department of Real Estate has been informed that Jennifer Mccool and Sam Jordan are not Licsensed to do Mortgages , This company is a total Scam , Idenity theft experts.
Do not do business with this Scam Company , I have hired an Attorney and made complaints to several agencies that will shut this place down.
Many bad reviews about this company , People are getting taken advantage of by this company left and right , I have been scammed for over $ 2,000.00 , In scanning unneeded documents , apprasials , and we are HOT to make them PAY.
