Brandon Schmidt of Remax Chay Realty Inc., Brokerage is a scammer . Beware of doing any business with this realtor and realtor and real estate company . Brandon Schmidt will lie to your face about his knowledge of defects in the building. I made an offer on an old building conditional upon inspection. The inspector identified defects that had not been disclosed by Brandon Schmidt. I was willing to take on the challenges of the new discovered defects and repair at a lower negotiated price. Brandon Schmidt then made unwarranted comments about the inspector's abilities and knowledge. I decided not to buy the building. Brandon Schmidt and Remax Chay Realty Inc., Brokerage then ignored my emails to return my deposit and then delayed returning my deposit of $100,000.00 by 5 months .
