Russ Darrow Kia Russ Darrow Sold me a lemon. Wauwatosa Wi
Terrible customer service, terrible products. Motor exploded while doing 25, engine then siezed and nearly yanked me out my belt. Engine replaced per warranty, car still sputters and rattles. Suspension maybe not assembled properly, car floats, transmission clunks and is overall dangerous.
Russ Darrow finally gave up on trying to fix it to drive straight and had me call Kia who lies over lies and for almost 9 months has solved nothing.
Vehicle is basically a paperweight in my driveway with payments. Reported to Better Business Bureau.

First off, did you READ the paperwork BEFORE you agreed to it’s Terms? They added a $400 BOGUS FEE to the deal which SHOWED THEIR HAND OF DISHONESTY! They LIED to you about the actual price of the car saying it was $400 lower than reality. Then they added this $400 BOGUS FEE to make up the difference! Exactly who do you think the BBB is?
Don’t tell me you too swallowed all the self promotion BS of the BBB! Their specially self chosen name was done so very specifically to DECEIVE the public! The BBB is NOT a part of any type of REAL LAW ENFORCEMENT BUREAU! They are nothing but the BUREAU OF HORSE MANURE! The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body in any state, county or city. As such, the BBB has absolutely, positively ZERO POWER to enforce ANY LAWS or FORCE any business to do anything despite their DECEPTIVE NAME. The BBB is nothing more than the bureau of horse manure!
Their ONLY purpose is to SELL their PHONY ratings and PHONY accreditations to ANY business which wants to BUY THEM. If the slime of this dealership has bought into the BBB scam the BBB will very proudly tell you about their FAKE "mediation” program. Here’s why it’s FAKE: The so-called "mediator” is PAID by the BBB. The other party PAID the BBB. for their FAKE RATING. Do you actually think this FAKE MEDIATOR is going to jeopardize their own income by deciding against a paying BBB CUSTOMER? Of course not!
Your best deal is contact an attorney for a free initial consultation to see if their is a chance to win a case to roll back the deal and include attorney fees in the process. DO NOT just throw up your hands and automatically think this won’t happen because it does happen all the time! You don’t need to be a victim here. The dealership just wants you to play the role of doormat and simply go away. It is up to you to go after you being made whole and THAT can be done.
The only question which now remains is are you going to fight for what’s right for you...or...are you going to play the role of doormat, sucker and chump because that’s what this slimeball car dealer with their BOGUS FEES wants? THAT CHOICE IS YOURS!
