Rupesh Saboo is a full time rip-off artist. He claims to be a web designer in Miami, FL USA. He steals your money, delays the project for months (instead of the 8-10 days promised) and then threatens to delete all work done unless paid more. He also threatens to smear your name all over the Internet...I will be filing a complaint with the Nanded (INDIA) police and hiring someone in Nanded to seek him out and get my money back.
I expect him to retaliate...that's his style, ...lie, steal, lie some more, blackmail, lie, and hide by being on another continent...his justice is coming and I will be seeing to it. He has several accomplices who smooth things over with lies about "going to straighten this out" but never does.
There may be some design talent there, but they don't speak English (and hide that from you) while having English speaking go betweens. Seems to be a large team with Rupesh keeping the head from knowing what the tail is doing.
