LET'S JUST START WITH THIS IS PERIOD UNDERWEAR. Remember this when you get to the part about when I receive the product.
Never have I ordered from anywhere that does not allow a return or refund. I ordered from this company and did not do something properly when I checked out. You have to email them for everything. So, I emailed attempting to correct it. They would not return the money. I contacted them within minutes of placing the order. They dragged out responding to me over a couple of days. Refusing to return the money.
When I received the underwear. It was so thick and bulky like a pullup or a diaper. I was shocked at the product I received. NOT AT ALL what you expect when you’re ordering PERIOD UNDERWEAR.
The companies return policy says they will only give refunds 3 hours from when the order was placed. Which means legally they woulod have to provide 24 hour customer support. Which they do not! They drag their responses out intentionally.
DO NOT SO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU'RE GETTING A BAD PRODUCT. CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS COMPANY. RUBY LOVE COMES UP AS FORMERLY PANTY PROP INC.
