Round Hill Health Partners, LLC dba Bloom Labs Covid Test Results Never Provided ? Provided No Refund of $161.29 Houston Texas
I learned on my local NBC TV news that a new COVID testing location opened where they provided tests by use of saliva samples instead of nose swabs. I went to the testing site the next day and paid $161.29 for the test. I was told that I would receive test results in 3 days or less. It's now been 12 days and I have not heard from them via phone nor email. And when you call, you never get a live person.
A few days ago, I learned on the same televison news program that the testing site has closed down, hundreds of people are without their results, and no one from the companies (Bloom Labs and partner, Red Arrow Scientific) are providing answers.
The news reporter said that the company is having issues with identifying customers with the correct test results. Unbelieveable! Not only are they scamming people out of money, they are causing a community health issue during a world-wide pandemic!
