PAID $400 for rental car. Arrived and received no car and agent avoided my calls and messages. Was not able to get a refund. I was stuck with no rental car when I arrived In Las Vegas and could not get my money to rent elsewhere.
Terrible experience! Horrible service! Rip off! Fraud!
I dealt with Alex at Rideshare Rental. Alex solicited me many times to get me to rent a car from them. I took him up on an offer for a rental car in Las Vegas. I arrived in Las Vegas, their office was closed, there were no cars in the lot. He previously told me someone would meet me there at 6 PM. No one ever came to meet me, and Alex kept dodging my text messages and phone calls. He knew good and well no one was going to meet me there at 6 PM. Classic bait and switch.
Completely wasted my time, ruined my plans with my children, and left me there waiting for hours and never returned my calls . What a sleazy thing to do to another human being and paying customer. I was so angry and so disappointed. And not to mention they already took my money and I had no vehicle. I texted Alex to demanded a refund with no reply.
I called every number I had for them, no answer and no reply. No one cares after they have your money.
STAY AWAY FROM RIDESHARE RENTAL, THEY ARE CROOKS!!
