Agreement to re pipe house, received payment, never completed job and lied on what he said he did, many excuses (fraud). Started on another project of remodel master bath and did demo and sold those items he removed and kept money as well as stole thousands of dollars from us. Was to purchase materials but only purchased one item and disappeared. Did demo and caused major damage to home as well as structural damage. A tube was damaged being moved into location. Wrong plumbing had been run to Master bath and most of house. Leaks developed on the outside that had had to be replaced coming into home. Had also given him funds through PayPal to purchase additional items and he disappeared with funds. County authorities as well as I are looking for him. He left our household for months (6) in a damaged condition, we want to locate him as he has disappeared with our money. He admits mishandling of funds. (conversionhad taken place) There were also two boxes of flooring that I purchased that have disappeared. Certain medicines within home have come up short that need questioning also. There was one item he bought and stole it back from my house and returned the item and kept the money. We had to hire contractors to come into our home and repair our home. This so called contractor said he was insured/licensed and bonded. He is NOT. That he could do plumbing/tile/electrical. He was using accounts from other sources that he was not even affiliated with. One was with a remodeling company in Atlanta as well as false accounts with Home Depot and Lowes. We found he was being pursued by other clients for damage and theft. Videos have been made with interviews with other contractors. Pictures taken. He needs to come forth and make things right as he had the opportunity many months ago to do that.
