the company terminated a group of employees for becoming sick, and working on the job some sustained injuries that they occurred while working, one employee suffered injuries and filed a safety complaint, and was later terminated for filing such complaint, the company also had a group of employees clean and repair critical woodworking equipment, which in this case was a confined space environment, a permit is required, for this type of work. no permit was posted at the work site,The company was visited by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in October 2018, was taken to court and fined, for specified safety violations. {Rex lumber co, date-08/20/2018 OSHA inspection number 1320351-information is being provided so you may look this up on your own, employees are not properly trained to run wood molding machines, and one employee had his fingers almost cut off because of poor instructional training, and no certification on wood molding equipment. No the company does not treat all employees fairly, especially women, no women work in the mill, there are no women's bathrooms in the mill, and women are basically discriminated against, from generally working in the mill. Okay so now you know a little bit about the company, but here's the real reason, a former employee, recorded a supervisor in a conversation about how they cheat customers, it went something like this. The company is a business-to-business wholesaler of wood products more specifically, expensive moldings. If a customer purchases any type of wood moldings or other wood products from Rex lumber. They are overcharged by about 8 to 10 times, as example, a customer purchased $2000 worth of wood moldings from Rex lumber company. But there was a problem with the molding surface, it had to be reworked, the standard charge would have been 2 times the charge, one charge is to retool the machine, and the 2nd charge is for labor. The additional charges amounted to about 6 to 8 times, for the retooling charge about $13,000, in a sneaky ripoff. in violation of specified laws of the United States Federal Trade Commission, price-fixing, for one thing. Okay that's about it all I ask. is, if you become interested in this story, do your homework and check out the facts for yourself, I believe all OSHA reports of public information.one last thing before I go, please keep in mind. Some of the employees that were terminated by Rex lumber have no money, cannot get any unemployment insurance, have no medical insurance, have no medicine. And our renters. Only one payment away from being kicked out onto the streets and being homeless in America, they call it land of the plenty, when the term should be land of the greedy corporations.

United States veterans fired for being sick on the job

#2Author of original report

Tue, November 19, 2019

After doing some additional research by questioning employees some of the people that Rex lumber fired where United States military veterans, these people were just trying to do their jobs and wanted a little time off to recover.

Even the military gives you sick time off, but these American companies show no mercy to no one. they also lie about job position, they say they want a professional engineer, they give you the job and have you train at a lower level and then you end up staying there as janitorial assistant, or ditch digger, they have no respect for minorities of any type, but yet when foreigners come from Brazil and Costa Rica.

They are treated like kings, I believe it's time for a new era in employment, we need to find a group to assassinate these bad employment practices, by any means necessary. Homeless veterans live on the street, with no money, no food, no medicine and no support and no job, no matter how much a veteran gives to an American corporation.

He's or she is, always stripped of dignity, and Disrespected a CEO will make millions of dollars a year, they spit in the face of veterans, and put them to the streets if there is such a veterans group out there with power.

I asked you to peaceably go and administratively find ways to assassinate, this bad employment practices, your brothers, sleep on the street and die, in the gutters because companies more specifically, American companies, disrespected them strip them of their dignity, after all they have done for them to secure the peace in the country that these businesses and corporations so generously enjoy, they put up false promises of what they have done for veterans.

They show pictures of veterans getting jobs, but that's only a screen to their true nature of not giving anything except bad promises.and disrespect, I  am calling on all veterans to come together as one unit. No matter what branch of the service you served, they don't care about us.

We need to form and build our own warrior society, one that will take care of us, I cannot sit back in the face of evil corporations, and evil governments. While they get rich and powerful, and my veteran brothers and sisters die on the streets at the hands of poverty.

There are plenty of jobs in the United States for all, but the problem is corruption. I am not infoming you, what i must do, but I can promise you this, you will be avenged.
