TWO completely different reports in one.

First one comes from a cornflowerglassboutique.com site. They tried the hosting there and after it became a headache for any sort of tech support. They basically cut off contact and refuse to refund the gentlemen his money.

Now AGAIN today, discontinued a product willingly and wanted my money back and now they claim its not reason enough for a refund. LITERALLY their own words. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in their terms and services that says they can do this.....good luck actually finding the TOS as well, they hide them very well on this site.

Anyone considering this company simply cuz they are cheap. TWICE now i've seen them rip off the customer. BUYER BEWARE!

And now 2 emails after requesting a refund. First one states:

Hello, Babz Masters!

We inform you that due to the excess of the maximum number of points for violations of your account, the work of these services has been suspended:

To clarify the actions to be carried out, for the resumption of services, please contact Technical Support

And now the 2nd:

Your account is temporary blocked

Dear customer! Your account is temporary blocked due to Security Policy of the Company. Please pass KYC procedure as soon as possible. To pass KYC please send us following documents:

- Scan of your passport or any ID document that contain your name and your photo

- Selfie with this ID and paper with sign: Profitserver and current date

After you pass KYS you account will be recovered.

I should add that Platon fella has redirected me to multiple divisions to avoid refunding. BUYER BEWARE PROFITSERVER WORLD IS A SCAM!
