I purchased a faulty item from Pottery Barn and their handling of the return and replacement was disgusting. What I realize is that is it doesn't seem they care, it seems like the morale was very bad. I say this because there seems to be a lack of enthusiam in wanting to resolve the issue, not from one rep, but several reps.
I have ordered from Pottery Barn over the years on occassion and one reason I do is because they seem to have quality products. Well I noticed my last 3 orders were cheap made in China type products. So while they may project themselves as high quality, my personal experience is just the opposite and I got what I feel is rather cheap goods.
Hence you pay a high price for what should be quality and I beleive you are getting just the opposite.
