We came to view a home we saw online. When we got there the Sales Agent From Perry Homes was already in the home. From the moment we stepped in to placing an offer it was a nightmare thanks to Ame Lane and Megan Madison. Both sales agents should be fired. They run a scam. They will mark the homes higher, then try to say " we are offering incentives right now " to make it look as though you are getting a deal when you will be buying at the top of this real estate bubble in Cypress.
The homes we saw were inflated at least 20% and the construction of Perry Homes is pathetic. The bathroom look like my 3 cousins and I put together with sloppy tile job and all the bathrooms are messy! The kitchen is missing a lot of things and wehn you mention this to Megan Madison or Ame Lane At Perry Homes they make it look as though you need to pay more to get more. BEWARE!
Do not get tied up thinking Perry Homes at Copper Bend 50'/55' is going to make your home into a dream home not with the way these 2 con artists run the show! Ame Lane and Megan Madison are nasty, rude and scammers! Do not buy a homes in Copper Bend at Indian Trails in Cypress TX 77429. For that matter we do not trust the Perry Home value. Mark up is BAD and the product you get is cheap.
