Bought the bike for 1445 from their website. It was delivered, and two days later was on their official Peloton Store on Amazon with a Prime deal of 1145. That is a $300 difference in their own price within days of me paying.  Despite having a price match protocol, they refused to adhere to it here, passing the buck to Amazon, despite it being sold on their official store page. They have a 100% refund policy and would rather I force them to spend more time and money coming to pick up the return, only for me to reorder for the lower price, than just matching the price.  This was a dishonest and frustrating first experience with a company I had only just began to interact with.
