Peloton I cancelled my order 2 days after receiving the bike, they refused to pick up the bike, and are holding me responsible for the interest free loan I took out with their affiliate Afirm, saying they cannot pick the bike up because of the virus.
Yet I called to purchase another bike, just to see what they would say and they told me they could deliver it right away. So they have lied to me about picking up the bike. So if you are buying they will help, but if you are returning they don't want to help you at all. United States
