I recently hired Pellikal to install window tints for my business, and I must say that it was a complete disaster. I had high expectations for professional service, but I was sorely disappointed. Here's why:
Poor Quality Installation: The quality of the window tinting job was abysmal. The tints were unevenly applied, with visible bubbles, creases, and even some areas that were left completely uncovered. It was evident that the technicians lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail to perform the job correctly. The final result was unsightly and ineffective in providing the desired privacy and protection.
Unreliable and Unprofessional Staff: The behavior of the technicians from Pellikal was unprofessional from the start. They arrived late to the appointment without any explanation or apology. Moreover, they displayed a complete lack of respect for my business premises, leaving behind a mess of discarded materials, tools, and even fingerprints on my windows. It was a clear disregard for professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Overpriced for the Result: Not only was the service disappointing, but it was also overpriced. I expected to pay a premium for professional-grade window tints, but what I received was far from it. Considering the poor quality installation, unprofessional behavior, and lack of customer service, the price I paid for their services was exorbitant.
