The phone system is very unreliable, when it works it's just about ok but as soon as it's down, prepare to suffer since you may never get any answer to your tickets.
The worst "customer service" I have faced in my life, they're setting up automatic subscription linked to you Pauypal account and will take money even if you ask to cancel your service, be very carefull and double check your Paypal accaount after having paid anything to Peertel Communications Still two numbers to port out and a refund to beg through Paypal resolution center and it'll only be a bad memory...
