My complaint is about an unauthorized transaction in my account with Payoneer.

 

My problem started on 21st Dec, 2019 when I found an unauthorized transaction for 2540 USD on my account there. That transaction was transferred from my Payoneer account to another Payoneer account.  I immediately started to contact them, but it was Saturday and couldn't reach them through their live chat service. So I called their international number and they DISABLED my account (which was very weird action from their side). That was to secure my account (which has no money left after that transaction), as they claimed.  

Payoneer's procedures to secure my account have taken 10 days after sending them several documents as they have requested.

On 31st Dec I got my account enabled again with ZERO balance. I contacted them to inquire about the unauthorized transaction and they asked me to wait for their investigation. I have waited several days and contacted them again to get the same response.

On 10th January they told me that they would contact me to let me know their last update on my dispute in a few days, but they DIDN'T. I contacted them again on 21st January to get shocked by their response. They asked me to contact the email that the money has been sent to by myself and that they don't want to get involved in my issue. That was very terrible as they are the bank that controls the transactions of their clients. Their investigation was terrible. I even explained it to the escalation team by sending several emails but their response didn't change. They just delay and delay to give the thief sometime to run away with the money. I didn't expect this poor service  in handling my case.

Please help me in getting my money back. I have worked for several days to get that money and the scammer has stolen it in a jiffy.
