Tampa based Partner Payments is a subsidiary of Las Vegas based Secure Payment Systems.  Partner Payments is not now nor has it ever been the subject of a class action lawsuit.  Partner Payments is an Independent Sales Organization and does not have contracts with merchants for card processing services, nor does it debit merchants for card processing activities, or hold credit card processing funds of merchants. Those activities are the province of the actual processor that holds the direct merchant agreement.

To reiterate, ALL debiting of fees is done by the processor, NOT by Partner Payments which acts in the role of sales agent to simply forward merchant agreements to the processors for their acceptance (for which Partner Payments receives a sales commission from the processor).  Partner Payments debits nothing from these referred clients, and if any party is debiting unauthorized funds it would be the processor holding the actual contract, and NOT Partner Payments.  The reality is that more than likely the complainant does not recall all the contractual  fees the processor was or may be entitled to charge absent a cancellation.

We categorically deny the claims made against Partner Payments alleged in the Sept 7 2020 complaint and urge the complainant to contact our corporate office directly at 702.701.8095 to provide details of their business name, phone #, and contact name, as well as the allegations made anonymously against our subsdiary.
