Warranty Rip Off. As other have complained, they completely mislead you with their Lifetime Warranty. Firstly, the Contract states Lifetime Warranty and the Salesman tells you how good they are at doing warranty work.
However, they will not give you the Warranty Certificate until you have paid for the installation, and of course, hidden in the small print on the back of the certificate, is a clause that requires you, as the customer, to commit to bi-annual inspections otherwise the warranty is void. They are misleading the customer, and the contract says nothing about inspections.
This is false advertising by the sales team and misleading practices by the company. Of course, our new roof starts to leak after a few years and, as they know that their workmanship is poor, hide behind the false warranty. I have video and photos but this site limits to 2mb (which is pretty low).
